Valeri Gerasimov, the head of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, described North Korea’s contribution to helping retake Kursk from the Ukrainian military. Gerasimov said DPRK troops participated in the battle for Kursk, which was in line with the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between our countries. He added that “The soldiers and officers of the Korean People’s Army, performing combat tasks side by side with Russian servicemen in repelling the Ukrainian invasion, showed high professionalism, fortitude, bravery and valour in battle.” Watch this video to know more.
